HOUSE OF DALGAARD is a Danish business offering beauty, skincare, haircare and related cosmetic products to consumers within the European Union.
2. Brand and Products
HOUSE OF DALGAARD offers cosmetic products under its own brand name.
The products are manufactured and fulfilled through our manufacturing and fulfilment partner, Selfnamed, in accordance with the applicable arrangements between HOUSE OF DALGAARD and Selfnamed.
HOUSE OF DALGAARD is responsible for its brand identity, product presentation, packaging design, marketing materials and commercial sale of the products.
The cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes and underlying product safety documentation are handled by Selfnamed in accordance with their applicable regulatory and compliance responsibilities.
Selfnamed states that its cosmetic products are manufactured in the European Union and comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. Selfnamed also states that it acts as the Responsible Person for its products and manages the relevant EU cosmetic compliance, including CPNP notification and Product Information File (PIF) documentation.
3. Cosmetic Product Compliance
All cosmetic products offered through HOUSE OF DALGAARD are intended to comply with applicable European Union cosmetic legislation, including Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, provided that the products are marketed and presented in accordance with the manufacturer's and Responsible Person's approved product information and intended use.
The applicable product information, ingredients, directions for use, warnings and other mandatory information are provided on the relevant product packaging and/or product page where applicable.
Customers should always read the product packaging, ingredient list, directions and warnings before using a cosmetic product.
4. Responsible Person and Regulatory Compliance
For the cosmetic products supplied through Selfnamed, Selfnamed is the designated Responsible Person where applicable under the parties' agreement and applicable EU cosmetics legislation.
Selfnamed states that it maintains the relevant Product Information Files (PIFs), handles CPNP notification and assumes responsibility for the applicable cosmetic product compliance requirements for its products.
HOUSE OF DALGAARD does not formulate, manufacture, alter or repackage the cosmetic formulations supplied by Selfnamed.
HOUSE OF DALGAARD does not make any changes to the cosmetic formulation that could affect regulatory compliance.
Any product claims, descriptions or marketing statements made by HOUSE OF DALGAARD are intended to remain consistent with the product information and claims permitted for the relevant product.
5. Product Information and Ingredients
The ingredients and other applicable product information are provided for each product in accordance with applicable cosmetic legislation.
Customers with allergies or specific sensitivities are advised to carefully review the complete ingredient list before purchasing or using a product.
HOUSE OF DALGAARD cannot guarantee that a cosmetic product will be suitable for every individual customer.
If you experience irritation, an allergic reaction or another unexpected adverse effect, discontinue use of the product and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
6. Product Claims
HOUSE OF DALGAARD aims to ensure that product descriptions, cosmetic claims and other marketing information are accurate and consistent with the applicable product information.
Cosmetic products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions unless expressly permitted under applicable legislation.
Product results may vary between individuals. Any descriptions of cosmetic benefits should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular result.
