Returns

At HOUSE OF DALGAARD, we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@houseofdalgaard.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (provide pictures if received damaged or wrong item)

Once we have received and reviewed your return request, we will send a return label to the same email address you contacted us from.

You can then print the return label and attach it to your parcel, or use the digital label where supported by the selected parcel shop.

Please make sure that your return complies with our Returns & Refund Policy, including the applicable requirements regarding the condition of the product, original packaging and packaging seals.
